[7] þroski ‘the manhood’: (a) The nom. variant here is supported by bráskat háski ‘peril did not cease’ in Arn Þorfdr 11/2, though since only Hr has this reading it may be secondary. (b) An unusual impersonal construction, bregðask e-t/e-u ‘sth. fails, changes’ would have to be assumed if þroska were retained.
