[3] Hroptatýr: This name for Óðinn is listed among the heiti in Þul Óðins 3/6. Its meaning is controversial (see Notes to Hroptr, Þul Óðins 2/7 and Eyv Hák 14/2I). Hroptr as a name for Óðinn occurs again in st. 11/3.
