[6] Tveggi: This heiti means ‘twofold’ (from tveggja gen. of the cardinal numeral tveir ‘two’). Tveggi may refer to Óðinn’s practice of shape-changing, hence ‘two-faced one’ (see Falk 1924, 29). This name occurs in poetic sources (see LP: Tveggi).
