[8] Ilmr: This name does not occur in eddic poems and it is not mentioned among the Ásynjur enumerated in Skm. It is used in kennings for ‘woman’, however, and is therefore listed in Þul Kvenna II 3/4. The name is most likely derived from ilmr m. ‘fragrance’.
