[3, 4] einn dróttinn ... es ǫllu hreinni ‘the one Lord is purer than all’: Kock (NN §3143A) takes this as equivalent to the idiomatic einn + sup., in which case it would be translated ‘the Lord is the purest of all’. Cf. GunnLeif Merl I 56/1VIII.
