Um þessa hluti samdi þeim ekki : Að sá sé lögmaður yfir kristnum rétti sem kóngur skipar til , svo og um dóm og prófan hversu hver er löglega til arfs getinn , svo og um þá klausu er stóð í kristindómsbálki að þar sem á greindi guðs lög og landslög skyldu guðs lög ráða .
