Poetry
This large anthology of skaldic poetry (transcribed mostly by Árni Magnússon) contains a number of stanzas and poems edited in SkP II (covering the years 1035-1177). Most of that poetry was copied from H, but Árni also used Flat, Mork, FskBˣ, Mork, Kˣ and J2ˣ, as well as R for poetry from SnE (see Kjartan Ottosson 2006). While it is possible that ÁM also used other manuscripts (now lost) both for the main transcriptions and the marginal variants, 761bˣ has little independent value and has been used sparingly in the editions in SkP II, except as a supplement when a medieval manuscript is damaged or difficult to read.
