greppa ferðir þú munt gǫrla kunna,
þeira es með Haraldi hafask.’
‘Ek vil spyrja þik at reiðu skalda, alls þykkisk vita skil; þú munt kunna gǫrla ferðir greppa, þeira es hafask með Haraldi.’
‘‘I want to ask you about the equipment of skalds, since you seem to have knowledge; you must know all about the companies of poets who reside with Haraldr.’’
