Teaching text: grammar

Here you can test your Old Norse skills by filling out information about the grammatical form of words in the text. A word is chosen at random. You must choose the part of speech first, then the other categories will be enabled as relevant. If the text has not been lemmatised (linked to dictionary headwords) this page won’t function correctly; if it has been lemmatised but not parsed in the database you will only be able to select the part of speech and not the other grammatical information. You will have completed the task when all enabled buttons have been highlighted. Some parts of speech which do not decline/conjugate will not require any further action than selecting the correct part of speech.
