The new edition is either unpublished or unavailable. The following is taken from an old edition (Skj where relevant):

Sigurður jarl fór um haustið inn í Stjóradal og var þar á
veislum. Þaðan fór hann út á Ögló og skyldi þar taka veislur.
Jarl hafði jafnan mikið fjölmenni um sig meðan hann trúði
illa konungum. Með því að þá höfðu farið vináttumál með þeim
Haraldi konungi þá hafði hann nú ekki mikla sveit manna.

Grjótgarður gerði þá njósn til Haralds konungs að eigi mundi
í annað sinn vænna að fara að jarli.

Og þegar á sömu nótt fóru konungarnir, Haraldur og Erlingur,
inn eftir Þrándheimi og höfðu skip fjögur og lið mikið, sigla
um nóttina við stjörnuljós. Kom þá Grjótgarður til móts við
þá, komu ofanverða nótt á Ögló þar sem Sigurður jarl var á
veislu, lögðu þar eld í hús og brenndu bæinn og jarl inni með
öllu liði sínu, fóru braut árdegis um morguninn út eftir
firði og svo suður á Mæri og dvöldust þar langa hríð.
