Fǫður jamn sitr á hávum himni
hæstr í dýrð með valdi glæstu,
sǫngr heyriz þar sætr af englum,
sonr eingetinn vífs ens hreina;
allir lofa þar ástar fullir
anda guðs, er oss firrir grandi;
heimrinn allr með helgu blómi
haldi slíkri dýrð um aldir.  (hrynhent)
