Svá líz mér en mjóva
maðr þinn, en brúnfagra,
sem fáneytur fljóti
ferju-bátr með skerjum,
en er ek sé þik sjálfa
strangvaxna framm ganga,
er sem skrautlig skríði
skeið yfir máva heiði.
