Roðin var randar bryðja
(ráð kenniz) dag þenna,
fúrsveigi hjó ek frægan
flóðs, í Gellis blóði;
nú tel ek hefnt, en hrafni
heitr fangaðiz sveiti,
getit verðr slíks fyr snotrum
seggjum, hǫggs ok tveggja.
