Hail to you, queen of glory, glory-certain one, give light of misfortune path victory-flower, beam of faith. Strong road health, power, renown and freedom, peace

notes: With st. 37 begins a series of sts that hail the Virgin Mary, all beginning heil vertu, drottning dýrðar. They present a catalogue of kenning-like epithets for her. The general drift of the sts is clear, although sts 37-40 are fragmentary.
