En ef sinn raddarstafr er í hvárri samstǫfu, en allir einir samhljóðendr eptir sem hér: rǫskr, vaskr; þat kǫllum vér skothending.
(But if each syllable has a different vowel, but all the consonants after it are the same — as here: ‘röskr’ (brave), ‘vaskr’ (manly) — then we call that half-rhyme. )
