Dróttir vissu, at síðan sáttir
sátt náðandi skilduz báðir,
víða báru þjóðir þeira,
þeir byskupar, sæmd at meiri;
dynda mærð gat hjǫrva hirðir,
herra minn, at forsǫgn þinni
brǫgnum int, en fyrðar fregni
